alright darlings, instinct is about to have it's first ever 'of the month' nominations! admittedly posting is still a little bit lulled, but hopefully it'll provide more incentive and just get some more communication going about the place! so, here we go.

as delightful members of instinct, i would like to recognize the hard work and outstanding patience you guys have had for me. this is a time to let yourselves be heard. nominations will be posted here, tallied, and placed in the sidebar for the world to see! at this time, i have no tentative end date, however the awards will be posted for a month, and next month's posted accordingly. does that make sense? haha. anyway, now for the fun part.

i would like you guys to let me know who or what you would like to nominate for this month's awards. as you can see in the sidebar, there will be nominations for member OTM, male character OTM, female character OTM, clan OTM, couple OTM, and thread OTM. So please post below and let me know who you would like to see up there - if you're especially daring, give me a reason as to why you think that!

also, use this time to your advantage. if you have any suggestions or changes you'd like to see around the site, please let me know! have fun guys!

Member of the Month:
I would like to nominate Mouse - i greatly admire your dedication, mouse. you've had a strong presence here on instinct since day one with impressive activity both in and out of character, so thank you for sticking around. (:

Clan of the Month:
Shadowclan - before christmas, i was very impressed with windclan's activity. however things are quiet now but it's still nice to see shadowclan trudging along.

Male of the Month:
Ashstrike - sketch does a fine job of bringing ashstrike to life in role-play. i especially like the depth of writing and the clarity that goes in alongside it. it certainly makes for an interesting read and despite being relatively new on instinct, ashstrike has had a strong presence around the site.

Female of the Month:
Frozenstar - rain, i greatly admire your writing and i find it beyond interesting. frozenstar's character is so intriguing and i always look forward to reading your posts with her.

* I may or may not opt to nominate a couple or thread of the month just yet, who knows.
** I chose my nominations based on recent activity and the like, I encourage people to start making threads and getting your characters out there! (if anyone is up to starting threads in riverclan, thunderclan, or windclan, i'll throw one of my characters in the mix so you can post to your heart's content!)

Member of the month:
I would love to nominate Sardines. She has been here pretty much since day one and before the fall posted readily every time it was her turn. She also is the only other person who had Windclan cats besides lost and myself, who are still active.

Clan of the month:
I'm going to nominate Thunderclan. Thunderclan in my point of view has been doing great this month. Thunderclan is the clan where the least characters got deleted.

Male of the month:
Nettlepaw I love how he is so sassy, and really not able to listen. I looked forward to every post with him because I know he'll do something unexpected. Great work Lost.

Female of the month:
Mallowstar all the way here. Her mental personality is amazing and frightening at the same time. she wants to be a legend, and she's on her way to it. The only way you could not love this insane she-cat is if you tried your hardest not to. Amazing, Dragon.

*I have based the characters and Member on all time, because well otherwise there wouldn't be many options. The thread and couple might be added later.

**Lost what about those characters that were in the stryker affiliates? Would they be just normal rouges and Loners now?
